Mr. White graduated with honors from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Economics, and Spanish. He obtained his Juris Doctorate, Order of the Barristers, from BYU Law School. Prior to law school, Mr. White worked in management and human resources for Fortune 500 retail giant Phillips-Van Heusen. Mr. White is licensed in both California and Utah, and has practiced for large and small firms ranging from Los Angeles and Sacramento to Park City, Utah. His legal experience includes practicing with Am Law 100 law firms such as Greenberg Traurig and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP, including serving on a trial team that obtained a $37 million judgment that made California's Top Ten Jury Verdicts for 2005. Mr. White is an experienced trial attorney in the areas of construction litigation and labor and employment law, with an emphasis on wage and hour law. Mr. White is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish. His practice areas include: Employment Law and Workplace Regulation, Civil Litigation and Appeals, Professional Licensing Law and Public Contracts and Construction Law. |
