Simas & Associates, Ltd. traces its history to March of 2002, when its predecessor was founded in Sacramento to represent clients in matters involving government regulation. While initially representing employers, the firm’s team members have continued to call upon their government and legislative experience and expertise to expand into other areas of Government and Administrative Law, including health care law, professional licensing, public agency law and public contracts law.
